Different Features
Calendar
The calendar module allows you to create and manage one-time and seasonal bookings. When creating a booking, the system warns of overlapping times, but allows you to bypass the warning and create a booking if necessary. All customers added by email can see their related bookings from their calendar when they log in.
Bookings table
The table lists all bookings made, providing essential details such as the booking date and time, resource booked, and the status of each booking. Users can filter bookings based on specific dates. This feature allows for easy navigation through past, current, and future bookings, making it simpler to manage and review bookings within a certain time frame. It also includes a search function that lets users look up bookings by keywords. This feature enhances the user experience by allowing quick access to specific bookings without the need to scroll through the entire list.
Clients
The table holds vital information about each client, including their first and last names, contact details (email and phone number), and any specific associations or affiliations they might have. When making a booking, you can easily select a client from this table, ensuring that each booking is accurately allocated to the respective client. This integration streamlines the booking process and enhances accuracy. It allows users to search for clients using keywords (like names or associations). This makes it easy to locate specific clients or groups of clients based on different criteria.
Statistics
The statistics module presents bookings statistics. The data provides an overview of the use of the resources and the activities taking place in them.
Notifications
While notifications are sent to clients’ email addresses, they are also preserved within the site’s system. This dual-channel approach ensures that the information reaches the client while also maintaining a record within the site for future reference or administrative purposes. The feature is accessible across various devices, allowing users to check notifications on desktops, tablets, or smartphones.
